My dad always makes things for me. If it’s feasible and less expensive to do so, he’ll make me anything I need from scratch rather than buy me something. The value comes from the experience and memories rather than a price tag. I can a whole list of gifts from him.

Drawing table

Bookshelves

Dollhouse bunkbed

Alcohol stove

Tent

Coat

Knife

Computer

Treehouse

Tiny house

Car

Pool

Zipline

Dollhouse

Fishtank

Leatherworking

My dad’s expression of love is to make me things I want. There’s more value to me in the work he put into them than if he threw money at it.
